Chest heart and stroke Scotland

The chest heart and stroke health charity helps and supports families through out Scotland who have been effected by heart attacks and strokes , Not only is it extremely difficult and frightening to the person who’s unfortunately had a heart attack or stroke it effects the ones closes to them the effects can be life altering I personally have experienced this when my partner had a heart attack this is why I feel supporting local charities like the CHAS whos mission is to improve the quality of life for people in Scotland affected by chest, heart and stroke illness, through medical research, influencing public policy, advice and information and support in the community.

I will be climbing Ben Lomond May 1st  to raise funds for this amazing charity I will also be fund raising through out the next few months to reach my target .
Loch Lomond is a special place my partner loves this is why I chose to climb Ben Lomond as part of my fund raising and I am really going to try my very best to smash this target x
