Our names are Steve Abrahams (National Chess Expert & Professional Chess Coach) & Bryan Tillis (Life Chess Master & Professional Chess Coach). We are the Co-Managers of the Miami Champions Professional Chess Team.

The Miami Champions of the PRO Chess League invite you to become a sponsor for our Professional Chess team for the 2016-2017 Season. The primary source of funding for our team is from corporate and individual sponsors, such as yourself. The team receives no upfront costs from the league or any chess organizations. We need your help to make this amazing team happen.
The Professional chess season will take place on chess.com as a:

As a sponsor, you will have the option to be featured on our website, blog, team apparel and posters and potentially receive rewards as well. Your sponsorship funds will be used to pay for the players’ salaries and the team’s general costs. The Miami Champions are a subsidiary of Champions Chess LLC (Bryan and my local chess company). Champions Chess & The Miami Champions seek to benefit the local chess community by providing free and low cost events and lessons to the local communities. The Miami Champions will further this mission by raising awareness for local chess and the educational benefits of chess for our children. Though we are not currently a 501c3 we are in the process of looking into that option as our programs and Our professional chess team does not look to profit, but rather use all funds available to benefit the local students and pay for team costs. If you have concerns about the usage of donated funds we would be more than happy to provide specific receipts and a ledger of team costs.
Being that this team is a new franchise for the 2016-2017 season: our blog, and social media channels are still in development, but will be live by the end of December. We anticipate over 50,000 weekly unique views across all platforms.
