Cheryl's valued employee, Darwin & Red's Sawmill Fire Fund
Donation protected
Richard Kline, "Snapper", and his son Darwin have lost everything to the Salt Flat Fires on April 10th. Richard shaped mesquite and cypress into beauty for over 30 years at his sawmill off Highway 35 and 16th, a true Rockport treasure. Darwin, Little Flounder, has spent the last 12 years washing dishes at Cheryl's by the Bay, making a humble job a masterpiece of grit. This fire not only took their home, but also their family business. Cheryl and friends (you) are coming together to help this family rebuild it all. These funds will be designated for the rebuild of their home and livelihood. The immediate need is clearing the charred debris and securing temporary housing. Working together, we will take it one day at a time and meet each challenge together.
