My name is Cheryl Chambers, and I am asking for your help. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's back in 2021, and has been living with me since then. We moved to Richmond, Virginia in Sept. of 2023, thinking it would be a good move for her since this was where her "happy" memories were. Things have not worked out the way I thought they would, and Mom's Alzheimer's has progressed to where I can no longer take care of her by myself. I had to make the difficult decision to admit her to a nursing facility, and to figure out what is best for me. I have decided to move back to Lafayette, Indiana, which is where I was living before the move. I will then drive back to Virginia towards the end of January to pick up Mom to transfer her to a Memory Care in Lafayette.

I am asking for this money to pay for gas for the U-Haul on the way out, and expenses during January. I would appreciate any and all donations, big or small.
