Cheryl's fiancé Glen is in the fight of his life.....

Many of you know Cheryl Whitelaw - a pillar in our industry, a loyal teammate at The Next Trend Designs Inc. (TNT) and above all just a remarkable human being. Cheryl has always been the first to step up with the brightest spirit when someone needs a hand and now, today, it's Cheryl that needs our help. Cheryl's fiancé Glen is facing an unimaginable battle.

Two years ago Glen was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) also called Lou Gehrig Disease, which is a cruel, debilitating disease that while slowly robs the body of strength while the mind remains painfully aware. There is no cure. And as if that wasn't enough, in April of this year, Glen was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. Now Glen is fighting a war on two fronts and is about to undergo an urgent bone marrow transplant, followed by months of gruelling treatments. Currently, Glen and Cheryl are covering prescription costs that exceed $7000 monthly for the ALS and have had to equip their home with medical devices that have cost well over $20,000 and are in need of more lifts, personal medical care as well as other potentially life extending devices, support and treatments.

For now, insurance has covered minimal amounts however even that coverage is now in jeopardy. So on behalf of myself, Robert and our team here at TNT we are asking for your generous support, and help us to achieve our goal of raising funds for Cheryl and Glen as they both face what has already been and will continue to be the biggest fights of their lives. More importantly, to be able to provide Glen with necessary and critical resources and support in order to improve Glen's overall quality of life. And in doing so give Cheryl and Glen some hope for the future. Any donation is much appreciated.
