Cheryll Cross (Powell) campaign donations

My name is Cheryll Cross (Powell),

I will be running for a board seat for Tahoe Donner in May of this year. I am a candidate who will work for a more financially conservative approach for amenity improvements/replacements for our HOA. We need to have a fresh approach to our financial health, and apply sound business principles to the running of Tahoe Donner. I would also work to create 5, 10 and 20 year plans for individual amenities, with member input as to priorities, address increasing fire dangers to the community, address equitable amenity access, and work on traffic issues within the community.
