Cheryl L. Smith Medical Fund

Raising funds for my Mom, Cheryl Smith, for Mayo Clinic expenses.

Thank you friends and family of my Mom: CHERYL L. SMITH. My mom is a retired nurse of over 42 years and several of those years were as a traveling nurse taking care of countless patients all over the country.

Now it's her turn to be cared for and I'm inviting everyone who knows her an opportunity to say "Thank you!" by helping with her many medical expenses.  She is battling a rare disease process called "Tracheobronchiomalacia ," which is the technical term for the trachea and both bronchial tubes have collapsed.   This will require three surgeries and many weeks of rehab in Jacksonville's Mayo Clinic.

We want to help her with related expenses that arise from having to travel to and from Central Florida and Mayo clinic. We are here to physically help her, we just know many of you are far away and want to "see how you can help." This is a great way for her peace of mind.
