On the 22nd of October 2025, My big sister Cheryl McClymont after beating a rare form of breast cancer known as triple negative breast cancer, she was sadly and suddenly taken from us by arrhythmia that lead to a abnormal heart rhythm that caused it to stop. This caused oxygen to be cut off from the brain, that sadly lead to severe brain damage and her passing away.

Her breathing tube was removed on the 29th of October 2025 exactly 1 week to the day that her heart suffered the arrhythmia. Surrounded by her family. Even though her oxygen tube was removed Cheryl’s body stayed with her loved ones for another 5 days. Finally passing peacefully with her partner and mother by her side on the 3rd of November 2025 at 10:23am.

That full week leading up to the 29th, her loved ones stay by her side. Her partner , her mother, her daughters, her son, her little sister, her little brothers, her best friend , her extended family & family in law.

Sadly due to medical issues in her younger years. Life insurance companies wouldn’t accept or take her on. Then being diagnosed by triple negative breast cancer in 2023 fighting it all the way to the early months of 2025 when she was finally told she had won this round with the cancer.

Her passing was unexpected and not related to her cancer or cancer treatments. We found out during her medical exam done on her when she was rushed to hospital on the 22nd of October 2025 she was completely healthy and cancer free. Hearing this news was mixed emotions for her family. With complete pride for Cheryl still being cancer free and completely healthy. At the same time the family was shocked and destroyed to learn her heart just stopped due to an underlying arrhythmia.

We’re setting up this go fund me to help raise money for her funeral and to give Cheryl the pink farewell she truly deserves.

Every penny raised will be put towards Cheryl’s funeral. We want to thank everyone for every donation given to help Ally, their kids and her family. Cheryl spoke so much about coming back to Fauldhouse. Even though it’s not in the way she dreamed off, we’re bring her back home to lay her to rest with her daughter. And giving her the pink farewell she spoke off so offend to her family & friends when fighting her cancer.

Her legacy lives on through her children. That she shared with her partner Alastair Dodds. Together they had 5 children. Chloe 21 , Dylan 13, Mackenzie 10 and Darcie 4. Cheryl’s is know at peace with their 2nd born daughter Kelsey who was born sleeping in 2012.
