Cheryl Marie Twaite, 77, passed away on September 26th, 2025, in the Las Vegas, Nevada Hospital, Sunrise Hospital. She passed from complications with her heart, kidneys, lungs, and an unknown mass in her gallbladder. Cheryl loved Elvis, Disney, and most of all, her family. She was known for her strength and determination to do everything she could for her family. She was the glue that held everything together.

Cheryl was happiest when she was spending time with her family. She could name any tune from the 1950s to the 80s, would be able to teach you everything about Animal Crossing, could beat you in a match of Words with Friends, was well known in the Bingo community for her charm and wins, and her favorite Disney movies were Lilo & Stitch and Hercules. She was known by everyone as Grammy and was one of the very few Gamer Grammys around.

Cheryl was married for 60 years to her husband, Herman Twaite. Their love and friendship were unmatched. They both moved wherever family was. They always wanted to be close and were always anxiously awaiting grandchildren. They both finally settled in Bullhead City, Arizona, after multiple moves around the West Coast. Cheryl is survived by her children Annis Alanis, Amanda Valdivia, and Adam Valdivia; grandchildren Abbigail Alanis, Allan Alanis, Eriq Valdivia, Gavin Valdivia, Cameron Valdivia, and Evan DuPell; and her great-grandson.

This loss has been devastating for the entire family, and it has put them in a bind financially, including Allan Alanis, who has been taking care of everything. With hospital bills, cremation services, unexpected housing expenses, and missed time at work, there is just too much resting on Allan's shoulders. The loss is hard enough as it is. This GoFundMe is to help Allan take care of the finances, his mother Annis Alanis, and Grandfather Herman Twaite. He has been burdened with too much after this loss.

No funeral service will be held to save money towards all the expenses. Your help would be greatly appreciated during this really difficult time for them.
