Hello everyone,

As you may know, both Cherla and Megan are going to U.S. Strongwoman Nationals on June 25th in Manchester, New Hampshire. As you also may know, cross-country round-trip tickets are not cheap. These ladies have been working hard, and it would mean everything to me, as their coach, if they got some relief from this expense or just had some extra money for the other travel expenses.

To sweeten the deal, Sam has agreed to program CrossFit workouts tailored to wreck my life. Since I make fun of you guys for all your CrossFit shinanigans, now is the time to get back at me. I will take videos, complete, and post all workouts for your viewing pleasure. Please help support these amazing athletes in their Nationals run!!!

$1,500 - all 5 workouts at Rx

$1,500+ - all 5 workouts at Rx, group gets to vote on the final workout at Rx
