Cherished family dog supporting autistic child vet bills

Hello, my name is Louise and this is Georgie and Rosie, beagle sisters. They are cherished pets but also work hard to support my autistic son. Due to change in circumstances, I've found myself a disabled single mum struggling to make ends meet. Georgie has become poorly and incurred £698 of vet bills already, money that I cannot afford as well as feeding my children. She's potentially facing medication for the rest of her life, following seizures. I want to do what is best for Georgie, I never thought I'd find myself in this situation when we brought her into our family almost 11 years ago, and that may still be putting her to sleep (another £200 I don't have, and there's no vet bill support in this area, and I am not going to abandon her) but if I can give her a good quality of life for a while longer, so she can continue to support my AuDHD son, that would be incredible.
