My name is Trisha, I am Lucy's cousin. With her permission I was asked to create this. Her daughter Cherish passed away unexpectedly at the age of 18 on July 26. Unfortunately, Cherish was not an enrolled member of Rosebud Sioux Tribe nor did she have any kind of insurance.
