Hello, this is Cindy, Cherie’s daughter. On Christmas Eve, our celebrations took a terrifying turn. Mum was rushed to mainland Belize by air ambulance for an emergency laparotomy. The fabulous surgeons and doctors saved her life, finding a total occlusion of her colon.

This grueling 3-hour surgery was a success, and Mum is set to make a slow but total recovery.
