To everyone who have and may not yet have heard the news, our dearly beloved Cherie Robinson-Martin passed away on Thursday June 7, 2018 following a fight with dementia and cancer.
Cherie was loving, caring, hard working and just an awesome person to know and be around. If anyone was in need she would give the shirt off of her back and did not look for anything in return. She had a heart of gold and her smile captivated everyone whom she graced with it. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Cherie's Home Going Services will be held at From the Heart Church Ministries-4949 Allentown Road, Suitland, Maryland 20746 on Monday, June 18, 2018. The viewing will be held at 10:00 am followed by the Home Going Service at 11:00 am. Other Home Going plans are still being arranged, and any updates will be posted here.
As you are all aware Cherie is the mother of Wayne Robinson and Jamaal Martin. What has happened is beyond comprehension and we are all still in shock. Understandably the boys are struggling to cope with the loss of their mother so the family is stepping in to help with organizing Cherie's Home Going Service.
We have already received numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, so this page has been created as a way to keep everyone up-to-date with plans and also offer a place for messages and donations to be left. All donations will be use to lay Cherie to rest. If you are unable to donate please don't forget you can still leave messages and comments for her children and family to read.
