Newly diagnosed stage 2b pancreatic cancer.

What started out as back pain turned into pancreatitis. CT images revealed a mass on my pancreas. Biopsy confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma..I have cancer.

In the coming weeks, I will have a port placed in my chest and will begin chemotherapy, incurring costs, medications, doctor visits and imaging and co-pays that I'm not financially ready for. I also have a 17 year old daughter to care for. She is a junior in high school.
