It is hard to write this and to have the need to ask for help. My dog Kratos is 4 years old. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old, and he is my furbaby. He has been there for me through a painful breakup and most recently the death of my father a few months ago. He has been my constant, my solace and my companion. Now I need to be there for him. He hadn't been showing interest in food, so I took him to the vet to see if it was a flu or virus of sorts. They immediately found a mass in his lower abdomen. Massive amounts of testing were done and it has been confirmed he has lymphoma and unfortunately it has spread. Without treatment the vet has given him 2-3 weeks to live. I am not ready to let him go yet, however his treatment is far more than I imagined. I have already spent almost 6k to get him stabilized and ready for chemo, however the total cost with chemo will end up being about 15k. I am trying to do whatever I can to keep him around. I do not like asking for help, but this situation has truly overwhelmed me emotionally and financially.  Kratos is being treated at 247 PetVets on 1707 N. Fresno st.
