PLEASE HELP! Our front man at the Conch Shack Dave has recently found out that he has Metastasized Stage Two Prostate Cancer, and needs to start chemotherapy as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, he doesn't have insurance through our Mom & Pop restaurant, but he has found financing with other organizations, most of which will not be available until the start of the next calendar year.
Of course, Dave cannot wait until 2018 to start treatment, so we are asking for donations to bridge the time period between then and now.

Needless to say this is serious.  It is hoped that the cancer has been caught early enough, and as you know, cancer treatment is not something that should be put off.  The funds that you donate will go towards the immediate start of teatment, medications, and the unforseen bills that always pop up in these situations.

Dave has been at the Conch Shack since we opened back in the summer of 2009.  He has served thousands upon thousands of customers always with a smile and a healthy dose of quick wit.  But now we need your help to ensure the nightshift face of the Conch Shack will be able to fight this disease head-on.

We have ensured that Dave is setup to commence treatment immediately, but we need your help so he can finish off a complete regiment.  Join with us and give Dave the peace of mind that he will know when he will able to pay for his treatment.
