Chemo costs WHAAATT??!!??

I am starting this as an effort to support my dear friend and co-worker that was diagnosed a couple months ago (when we went to get those annoying mammograms together!) with breast cancer.

She has undergone a double mastectomy, during which they found it had spread more than they thought, and infiltrated her lymph system.

She has exhausted her savings to pay for treatment thus-far, and is unable to return to work full time, as she is going to have to undergo chemotherapy to address the remaining cancer.

She really did not want attention drawn to her about this issue, but I'm at a loss as to any other way to help her financially, as the bills keep coming, and her income has almost stopped entirely.

Obviously, she is not the only one in need out there, but any small contribution can help! ($1 x 100 people is still $100!) Whatever you are able to contribute is deeply appreciated.

If anyone knows of other avenues I could pursue, I would be more than happy to hear from you, as well!
