Our names are Zak Johnson and Dexter Crwys-Williams ,we’re running this half marathon for one of our closest friends Louis Holtz. Louis unfortunately passed away in February at the young age of 17. He was a friend to all and would always be the light spark of any room he walked into, no matter the day or occasion he would always mange to walk in with a smile and his happiness would be infectious.

Dexter and Zak are not only running for Louis but for all Men’s Mental Health and for Sunflowers charity which was so helpful towards Louis’s friends and families through the hard times. We hope to bring awareness to every young male who might be struggling with mental health and inspire them to speak out and realise that there is ALWAYS a better way out.

The half marathon is on the 20th of September and we will be finishing cheltenham half and then running to prestbury park to finish the run, any support would be greatly appreciated!
