Chelsey Davidson Memorial Fund

Please help raise money for final expenses for My sweet Daughter. Chelsey Michelle Davidson, 30, of Helena, Ohio passed away on Sunday June 7, 2020, along with her significant other Andrew Wonderly, as a result of an accident. Chesley and Andrew were hit by an oncoming train in Toledo, which resulted in them losing there lives.  Due to the trauma caused by the accident Chelsey is being cremated.  

Their children, Addalyn Davidson and Mckenzie Wonderly, survive. She was born May 11, 1990 in Bellevue, Ohio the daughter of Michelle (Turner) and Shawn Flanagan. She was a 2008 graduate of Clyde High School.

Chelsey was a devoted mother first and foremost. Her world was her 10-year-old daughter Addalyn and she embraced every moment spent with her. Together they would spend countless hours twirling baton, entering pageants, practicing softball, and attending games. Addalyn was even number 23 just as her mother Chelsey had been when she played. In between their busy schedule they would fill their days with visits to Cedar Point, Disney Movies, trips to Starbucks and strolls through Target. They truly were best friends.

Chelsey was a beautiful person on the inside and out. Her smile was not just welcoming and infectious but genuine. She was a bright light that drew people in with her selflessness. She always made time for anyone who needed it and was always there with a helping hand or encouraging word. Her laugh will never be forgotten or her ability to laugh at herself. She was a humble individual who always counted her blessings and gave thanks at every opportunity. She had recently begun to attend church to do just that.

Chelsey was driven in every aspect of her life. She was always working to better herself and others. She enjoyed coaching Baton and Softball. She was passionate about working on her fitness and was an avid runner. She had participated in several races with the goal to eventually run a marathon. She enjoyed sushi with her best friend Katie and was a self-proclaimed baby whisperer. Everyone who knew her knew a few minutes on the phone actually meant a few hours. She would be the first to tell you she could be stubborn and headstrong at times. She fought hard and fast for what she believed in but was just as forgiving. Chelsey was without a doubt a Papa’s girl. Her lifelong love of music and singing was inspired by him. She always looked to him for advice and guidance. Chelsey was also a phenomenal Aunt and so proud to be one. She loved all her nieces and nephews like they were her own. They all held a special place in her heart.

In the last year Chelsey had met and fallen head over heels in love with her boyfriend, Andrew Wonderly. She spent most of last year making memories with him and their daughters. She was blissfully happy with the life they were building and was excited for their future. She believed he was her forever. He believed she was an angel sent to him from God. There is comfort knowing they left this world together.

Please help raise funds for her final expenses, any money left after expenses are paid will go to her daughter Addalyn.
