We are humbly asking for your financial support or helping hand for Chelseay Berenice Garcia. Who would always be her mothers right hand in any given situation.

As a result of a car accident, which happened back in February 2023 our lives completely changed and our world was turned upside down. Chelseay was involved in a tragic car accident where she was pronounced dead due to lack of oxygen in her brain for approximately 20+ minutes. By God’s amazing Grace, she was resuscitated on the way to the hospital.

In the course of ICU, medical experts informed us her brain was swollen and few of her brain cells died off during the minutes oxygen was not reaching her brain, diagnosed with anoxic brain injury. Doctors claimed with this diagnosis her brain would not go back to normal. After a few weeks, swelling dropped to normal, Glory be to God!! She recovered in ICU for 3 weeks and awaited transportation to a sub acute long term care at Chalet, Hollywood Presbyterian.

On March 2, 2023 she was transported to Chalet. She made progress with her physical movements. Such as, head turning, arm and leg lifting, swallowing, etc. yet remained with the trachea to help her breathe. Oxygen level was measured at 8.

May 18, 2023 she was transferred to a new long term care facility, Vermont HCC in Torrance, CA. Shortly after, she made amazing progress with her breathing. The respiratory team began to decrease the assisted oxygen levels from 5 to 3 on the same day of admission, and lower the size of the trachea Once again, on June 4, 2023 Respiratory team lowered oxygen level to 2, with no complications!! Praise Jesus!! Her breathing tube was replaced from size 9 to 7, size 9 was originally placed in from Harbor UCLA Hospital. Then on July 4, 2023 a speech valve was placed. Respiratory team began with 45 minutes the first day. She did well so it was increased to 3 hours til she was able to handle it for 8 hours. Finally on August 24, 2023 capping began and handled it very well.

January 31, 2024 was her first time without any oxygen assistance. She did not have any complications and will continue to breathe on her own IN JESUS NAME. With the oxygen assistance being removed, Chelseay will now have the trachea removed and will now begin her next journey of speech and physical therapy.

Thus far, the next step to keep progress is Occupational physical therapy to get Chelseay going on the right path for complete healing. The insurance she currently holds does not provide consistent therapy and that is where we would highly appreciate your help. Your donation will truly help her get on track on the recovery she truly needs.

We know God has His hand over her and will allow His will to be done. We trust and know Jesus will continue to heal her as a child of the Most High, fearfully and wonderfully made. May God Bless you abundantly and return to you 100 fold of your gift, in Jesus name. Amen!!

Humildemente pedimos su apoyo financiero o su mano amiga para Chelseay Berenice García. Quien siempre sería la mano derecha de su madre en cualquier situación.

Hola pueblo de Dios, Humildemente pedimos su apoyo financiero o su mano amiga para la fuerte y hermosa Chelseay García. Como resultado de un accidente automovilístico ocurrido en febrero de 2023, nuestras vidas cambiaron por completo y nuestro mundo fue dado vuelta por completo boca arriba. Chelseay estuvo involucrada en un trágico accidente automovilístico en el que fue declarada fallecida debido a la falta de oxígeno en su cerebro durante aproximadamente más de 20 minutos. Por la asombrosa gracia de Dios, fue resucitada camino al hospital.

En el transcurso de la UCI, los expertos médicos nos informaron que su cerebro estaba inflamado y pocas de sus células cerebrales murieron durante los minutos en que el oxígeno no llegaba a su cerebro, diagnosticado con lesión cerebral anóxica. Los médicos afirmaron que con este diagnóstico su cerebro no volvería a la normalidad. Después de unas semanas, la hinchazón bajó a la normalidad. ¡¡Gloria a Dios!! Se recuperó en la UCI durante 3 semanas y esperó el transporte a un centro de atención de recuperación a largo plazo en Chalet, Hollywood Presbyterian.

El 2 de marzo de 2023 fue trasladada a Chalet, Hollywood Presbyterian. Progresó con sus movimientos físicos. Por ejemplo, girar la cabeza, levantar brazos y piernas, tragar, etc., pero permaneció con la tráquea para ayudarla a respirar. El nivel de oxígeno se midió a las 8.

El 18 de mayo de 2023 fue trasladada a un nuevo centro de atención a largo plazo, Vermont HCC en Torrance, CA. (Al lado de Harbor UCLA, Dpt de Trauma, Torrance, Ca donde inicialmente fue atendida) Poco después, logró avances sorprendentes en su respiración. El equipo respiratorio comenzó a disminuir los niveles de oxígeno asistido de 5 a 3 el mismo día del ingreso, y a bajar el tamaño de la tráquea.

Una vez más, el 4 de junio de 2023 ¡¡El equipo respiratorio bajó el nivel de oxígeno a 2, sin complicaciones!! ¡¡Alabado sea el Señor!! Su tubo de respiración fue reemplazado del tamaño 9 al 7, el tamaño 9 se colocó originalmente en el Hospital Harbor UCLA.

Luego, el 4 de julio de 2023, se colocó una válvula del habla. El equipo respiratorio comenzó con 45 minutos el primer día. Le fue bien, así que se aumentó a 3 horas hasta que pudo soportarlo durante 8 horas. Finalmente, el 24 de agosto de 2023 se inició la limitación y se manejó muy bien.

El 31 de enero de 2024 fue la primera vez que no recibió asistencia de oxígeno. Ella no tuvo ninguna complicación y seguirá respirando por sí sola EN EL NOMBRE DE JESÚS. Con la eliminación de la asistencia de oxígeno, a Chelseay ahora se le removerá la tráquea y ahora comenzará su próximo viaje de terapia física y del habla.

Hasta ahora, el siguiente paso para mantener el progreso es la fisioterapia ocupacional para que Chelseay siga el camino correcto hacia una curación completa. El seguro que tiene actualmente no proporciona una terapia constante y ahí es donde agradeceríamos mucho su ayuda. Su donación realmente la ayudará a encaminarse hacia la recuperación que realmente necesita.

Sabemos que Dios tiene su mano sobre ella y permitirá que se haga su voluntad. Confiamos y sabemos que Jesús Cristo continuará sanándola como a una hija del Altísimo, creada de manera maravillosa y maravillosa. Que Dios te bendiga abundantemente y te devuelva el 100% de tu donación, en el nombre de Jesús Cristo ¡¡Amén!!
