As many of you know, our Chelsea has overcome some big hurdles recently. She has beaten leukemia with the help of a bone marrow transplant. She then developed graft vs. host disease, a condition where the transplanted immune system attacks her body, and is forced to take some harsh medications. But she continues to fight every day as a nurse and single mother. Chelsea fractured her hip this weekend and underwent a total hip replacement and will be unable to work for some time while she recovers.
It’s difficult to say what other treatments she will require in the future. Collecting future disability will take many months, if approved. Chelsea is also trying to avoid going on long-term government disability because she wants to get back to work and to where her passion is!
We are asking for anything you feel you can spare to help with the financial burden of time missed from work and medical bills. All funds will be donated toward the goal to get Chelsea back to herself again. Her Cash App is $1PrettyChelsea if you would otherwise like to donate that way.
Thank you for thinking of her. She loves and appreciates all of you! She’s recovering but wants everyone to feel free to reach out to her if you would like. As you can imagine, having chronic issues can become emotionally draining and lonely. She is an amazing person Please share this as much as you can, even if it's all you can do! God bless ❤️
