Single Mother Maternity Leave

As you may know, I am welcoming my first baby into the world this next month. Though I am very excited to start my family, I am facing new struggles as well.

Many of you have been asking how you can help.

Without help from the father and no paid maternity leave

it has made it difficult for me to save and still pay the bills I have monthly. I want to try and stay home for a full 12 weeks to have that time to bond with my baby and to really get to know her and have a routine down before I return to work and she goes to daycare.

How would the funds be used?

This would help me with my monthly bills during my leave so that we can have this special time together to bond and not be so stressed over money.
