A recent fire in Bakersfield has displaced and destroyed the home of a wonderful family. Chelsea is my friend of many years who only recently moved out, but her parents and brothers are left with only the clothes on their back. So far they have only asked for clothing donations and are not unsheltered, but rebuilding a home after a fire takes more than what people can clean out of their closet in the New Year.
