This is Chelsea Bicker memorial fund. Dear family and friends of Chelsea....In the past week we have all been touched by the loss of Chelsea and have done all we can to make sense of it. We have all both wept and laughed as we remembe red her through stories and memories of her cheeky smile and kind heart.
