Chelsea Van De Mortel-Celebration of Life/Memorial

Chelsea Van De Mortel passed away peacefully on April 6, 2019. She was taken off life support after battling liver disease. Her family is gathering together to celebrate her life and have a memorial to remember her sweet soul. If you would like to donate money to help them pay for this celebration, please do so through this site. The Van De Mortel's have been through so much and now have two angels looking over them. We know there are many people looking to reach out and offer support to this family, so we wanted to provide a way to help them. They want to thank you for your support and kindness during this time. Chelsea will forever be loved and missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
