Chels' Costa Rica Move: A Dream Come True

Hi! I’m Chels :) In January 2025, I’m making the biggest move of my life from Oklahoma, USA to Costa Rica. One of the top five goals on my bucket list is to live in another country for at least 6 months. I always thought I’d do before turning 30, but life had different plans and I started to give up on the dream. Today, I turned 30 and I’m officially turning my dream into reality January 9th. It’s scary. It’s overwhelming. It feels insane. BUT IT FEELS SO RIGHT.

I’m taking a big leap of faith and asking my community to help the getting there be a little more comfortable.

My goals for my time in Costa Rica are to focus on recording my sound healing sessions and tracks for my first album, to expand learning the medicine of nature, and to provide a safe space for fellow creatives and healers to visit a new country and rest in nature.

Donations from this campaign will be supporting getting my pup certified as a service animal, moving expenses, and transportation expenses once I'm there.

I've already secured a cute cottage in the jungle to call home and have flights coordinated.
