Clearly, the benefit of a Chef William Creations Food Truck on the road is to recharge the very soul of an ol' chef who now knows where he wants to be in the world. In the 30 plus years of making life just a bit more palatable, I have set examples for success. I've been loved & supported by the most beautiful best friend and wife anyone could ever imagine. My bride of 34 years, Norrie, has given me and the universe around us three of the most unique amazing and loving children. Each has done their own part to maintain and strengthen our family structure. They've brought some unbelievable friends & family into our clan. It is for them & all of you that I will prove with the operation of this food truck that it is what I am meant to do. It will benefit every person in my life who celebrates true happiness & those I've yet to meet & create delicious food for their memorable culinary experiences.
The GoFundMe gifts you give will fill in the balance of the gap of what has been borrowed from the bank and asking price of the food truck. In addition to the crucial branding aspect of a Chef William Creations "wrap" of the outside of the truck. Any funds beyond that will help secure a space in a commissary kitchen necessary for the prep and production before each day-to-day launch of the "Creations" food truck. In addition, funds will be needed to make it possible to purchase food & supplies crucial for our maiden voyage!
Although it seems as though I have been preaching the need of a food truck since before I first saw the movie "Chef", the time for action is NOW! The season here in the Finger Lakes is underway and I need to dive in! Our valued tourists as well as our loved local diners need to know I am an integral part of our community of food purveyors.
I almost haven't the words for what your support for this venture will mean to me, well almost, but I will give it a try. I have been blessed to have many experiences in my culinary career.
