With finals held every 2 years in Lyon, France, it is often called the "Culinary Olympics." It’s where the finest chefs from around the globe compete in a high-pressure, five-and-a-half-hour test of technical skill, artistic presentation, and innovative flavor.
Our dedicated team has earned the honor of representing Canada on this global stage. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase the incredible talent and gastronomic excellence of our culinary community to the world.

THE HIGH COST OF EXCELLENCE
Competing at this level is incredibly expensive. Unlike other sports, this team needs to build a world-class training center that precisely mimics the competition box, source the best global ingredients, and dedicate months to full-time practice.
Your donation will directly fund the essential elements needed for us to bring home the gold:
- ️The Training Kitchen: renting a dedicated space and purchasing/modifying equipment (stoves, blast chiller, service tables) to match the exact Bocuse d'Or specifications.
- Travel & Logistics: Flights, accommodations, and insurance for the Chef, Commis, Coach, and support staff to travel to Lyon, France.
- Ingredients & Supplies: Sourcing rare, high-quality, and specialty ingredients for months of rigorous practice and the competition itself.
- Full-Time Practice: Stipends to allow the team to focus full-time on training, without the distraction of needing a second job, for the critical months leading up to the event.
