#ChefsForAmerica: Orlando Meal Fund

Support your Orlando community by contributing to the needs of #ChefsForAmerica: Orlando!

Orlando Chef Kristoffer Anderson and Chef Wendy Lopez are working with World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit organization founded by Chef José Andrés, that mobilizes with the urgency of now in times of crisis to get fresh meals to people who need them most by providing meals to the Orlando community.

Restaurateurs Jason & Sue Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group are providing Reyes Mezcaleria, their downtown Mexican eatery, as the location for preparation & pickup of the meal kits. It is the hope to continue these meals weekly with a rotating menu to help offset the strain of furlough and unemployment families are experiencing at this time. 

Any contribution will assist in off-setting the costs of providing these meals, and allow this program to continue as long as there is a need. The average cost of each meal is $2.85 to produce. Any amount of contribution is welcome.
