My name is Gustavo Quiroz, and I am a chef. All my life, I've loved the idea of cooking delicious meals and sharing it with my family and friends. I've spent the last few years working through some of the top Miami restaurants in the hopes of growing my skills.
Recently, I've been given an amazing opportunity to intern in Spain at Disfrutar, which currently holds one Michelin Star and is ranked 55th best restaurant in the world. I would work along side the very same chefs that helmed Ferran Adria's El Bulli, previously the top restaurant in the world. I know this is my chance to take my passion for cooking to a new level. It's an oppotunity I cannot miss, so I set up this GoFundMe to help make this a reality.
All donors will recieve a Chef Gustavo recipe (trademark pending), in the hopes that your family and friends can share a delicious meal. Its my way of showing you my graditude and love of cooking.
