Honoring Chef Bill of Turner Hill

Chef Bill, as he was affectionately known, was the executive chef at The Golf Club at Turner Hill for ten years. The news of his passing on Saturday night, April 14, from an apparent heart attack has the entire community reeling with the enormity of this loss.

Bill was such a special person, and a truly talented chef. He was the heart of our golf club where he created amazing dining and social experiences for all.  He was such an accomplished man with such a humble self. Chef Bill always brought smiles, applause, and a thumbs-up when he wandered into the restaurant in his demure style after preparing delectable meals.  He took such pride and pleasure in making other happy and in sharing his love of cooking. 

We hope donations from this GoFundMe page will bring some small comfort to his family. Donations will be shared between Bill’s life partner of more than 20 years, Lorrie, and his daughter, Michelle and 10-year-old granddaughter Peyton, who he cherished.
