After 27 years our beloved Chef XS is retiring his lion and crown to head to the warm sunny beaches of Los Cabo’s. Thank you for helping us send him off in style! Many of you have asked how you can contribute to the festivities so we have created this account.  Funds will be used for a special gift for Chef and to say thank you to the generous teams who have so graciously offered to host parties for Chef.  We look forward to celebrating together and toasting the legendary Chef Xavier!
