Hi-

Most of you receiving this have had the pleasure of Chef Trish preparing a wonderful meal for you in Boca Grande. She was significantly impacted by the storm and lost her home. She is unaware that we are organizing efforts for her, and I think it would be a heartwarming surprise for her and much needed in what will be a challenging recovery effort. If you can donate, please do what you can.

Here is her description via text on Sunday;

“My house is destroyed. Water came thru my living ceiling, and wind blew out my sliders even with the hurricane shutters on them. I was in the closet with my cat and dog. I didn’t think I was going to make it once the roof started failing. It was terrifying, but I’m alive and trying to figure out what’s next. Boca is in terrible shape”
