On Saturday Sep. 19th, 2020 a beloved son, brother, friend & chef was lost suddenly. 

Everyone who knows Tommy aka Chef Tomas, knows he gave of himself, even when there was little left to give. 

Tommy was best known for showing his love in the kitchen, showing up with food & his infectious laugh at every opportunity, brightening people’s lowest moments & enhancing their best.

He has touched countless lives & his absence will be felt for years to come. Many of you have asked how you can be of help at this time of great loss. 

Following his time as executive chef of Mia Famiglia & 225 South, Chef Tomas worked tirelessly to build Mama’s Distribution & Vinaigrette’s, which has become his families’ sole source of income.

Not only have Sue & Tom lost their only son, but also their livelihood. All contributions will be used to pay for Tommy’s final expenses & to continue his legacy, Mama’s Distribution. Thank you all for your contributions  & words of encouragement as we navigate through this devastating loss.
