Chef Reginald Watkins Memorial Fund

We lost our dear Chef Reggie yesterday. He guided and trained so many of us during our time at Charlie Trotter's restaurant.

Reggie helped us all become better Chefs and human beings.  No one had your back like Reggie. 

His daughter Lerita has given me her blessing to raise funds to help with giving Chef Reggie the memorial that he deserves. 

If you would like to write a memory of Chef Reggie please do. It will be wonderful gift to share these with his family and loved ones. 

I can't stop seeing Reggie's huge smile and hearing his laugh. I know we all are grateful to have worked beside Reggie for so many years, he became our Brother, Uncle, Kitchen Dad and Friend.

I know times are tough for everyone so if you can't donate that is really okay, just pass on the wisdom that you learned from Chef Reggie to the next generation of cooks.
