I’ve been invited to film a pilot episode for the Eat This Network TV in New York City—yes, one of the culinary capitals of the world. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to showcase my food, my story, and our culture on a national stage.

But in order for this dream to become a reality and get to NYC I need your help.
