Cheer's Medical Fund

Mark Betney (Cheers) has been a fisherman all his aldult life. He came to the U.S 25 years ago from England without a family, so you could say the fisherman in the Harbor are his new family, and made a life here in Santa Barbara, CA as a fisherman. He has survived many life threatening casualties(broken neck, and other health conditions). His present diagnosis Artereovenus malformation, AVM,  that can cause an anuerism when they do a procedure called an angiogram that will look at the blood vessels in his brain to see what surgery is needed. The hospital is wanting $28,000 upfront for the surgery and it is needed as soon as possible for them to proceed with the operation. After the procedure and appointments the overall cost will be close to $100,000. These funds will help Mark get the procedure needed to releive this life threatening condition.
