Early Sunday morning, December 28th, our Dad/Father-in-Law, suffered a stroke. Thanks to John's Fiancée, Lisa, who was with him and quickly called an ambulance, he received immediate medical care. We are deeply grateful for her support and being by his side every step of the way.

Currently, John is being cared for at a local hospital. While the stroke has affected him in ways of communication and mobility, John has continued to amaze us, showing improvement and determination with each passing day. Soon, John will be transferring to a rehabilitation hospital, to continue on his road to recovery.

We know John can hardly wait to return to his life at home, spending time with his family, planning his wedding with Lisa, and playing with his grandkids. But for now, we are rallying as a family to support him. Apart of that is this GoFundMe to help support John during this season of life.

At this time, there is no clear timeline for how long rehabilitation will take. We are hoping that any funds raised can alleviate financial burden, allowing John to focus on healing and getting back to full health.
