Hello! My name is Gloria Kim, and I am a teacher at Redmond Elementary. One of our students, Yahir Mejia, is in the hospital and has been since December 21st. Yahir has been diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis, a rare but very serious condition. He is very sad and missing school, and what the next few months will look like for his health and recovery are unknown. His family has been at the hospital with him since this happened, and we would like to support them in every way that we can. 

With the funds that we raise through this campaign, we will be helping Yahir's family pay for bills, transportation, and food. Available donations will be withdrawn at the end of every month.
