Cheer for Xavier Reynolds

Hi everyone,

For those who don't know me, my name is Hope. I'm starting this fund-raiser for an old school friend and her family, who have just recently been given the news that their 15 year old son has leukaemia.

From her posts, I know that this started as what they thought was a bad asthma bout. But unfortunately the news was much more sinister. As a mum, I could never imagine ever being I the shoes of Adelle and her family. Her son Xavier is fighting hard. And his family are right beside him fighting with him. During times such as this, there's nowhere else parents would be, but beside their unwell baby and taking care of their other children. Which means having time away from work. This becomes financially hard on the family. And there should be no reason that this should be another stressor on top of the concern for their son. So I ask you, the community, old friends, new friends and families. Please if you can, big or small. Donate to a family who could use a little relief right now. To Xavier, you may not know us, but we're cheering you on. And as for Adelle and the rest if her family, we hope that whatever we can gather helps you all in some way.
