This is Scott, Kerlyng, Tyler, Sofie, and Cody Dixon, raising money on behalf of Kerlyng's childhood friend Andolimar Restrepo and her family. Andolimar's daughter, Aranza (13), was just selected to train for the 2026 Colombian National Swim Team.

Andolimar works two jobs to care for her kids. The father of her kids left her when she returned to Venezuela briefly to care for her mother, who passed of cancer in 2020. But this is not a story of sympathy, as her spirit and the spirit of her kids is one of hope and courage.

This GoFundMe is to help her with travel to the various swim events, as the next event is in Chile, and also training gear and swimwear (her training suit alone costs $650 and is torn from wear).

We have helped on numerous occasions, but felt this story of overcoming life's obstacles was too good not to share. And hopefully, by making a small donation to enhance the life of a young child, you'll be able to see her on TV and cheer her on in the 2026 Olympics in Los Angeles.
