Cheeku needs your help

Hi my name is Sadaf, I am a pet parent of a beautiful and loving Russian blue male cat Cheeku. I got him in October 2022. He’s been my baby and the apple of my eye since.
Cheeku was a kitten when I first got him. At the time, the source seemed sketchy as I had originally picked a different cat when I saw cheeku I adored him so much.
The guy that gave cheeku to me was very sketchy and did not provide me with any medical details. I wish I did more then to learn about cheeku, but I instantly agreed to keeping him.
Cheeku was underweighted and with lots of ear mites in his ears. I tried to give him the best life within my means from frequent veterinary check-ups to the best diet.
Unfortunately, recently he was showing no signs of energy, sleeping all the time, not eating as much the way he used and over all his body language looked sick. The vet did some tests, and asked me to rush him to emergency as his red blood cell count was extremely low.
He was admitted in the ICU and after his complete testing and examination doctors diagnosed him with Feline Lukemia which is a fatal virus among cats. It is likely that cheeku had this all along since birth and that it was activated in recent times. The news has devastated me and only a pet owner will understand. Doctors said if with time his red blood cells regenerate, then his span of life can be increased and he can live a normal life.
With veterinary costs being at an all time high and no insurance, I don’t want money to hold me back for cheeku’s treatment. Any donation within your means can mean so much to cheeku’s life.
I am forever grateful to your generosity.
Thank you!
