Hi, My name is Alie. As some of you may know, my father owned Cheech's Pizza before me. I purchased the restaurant from him in 2014 and have continued to maintain the same high quality and standards that he did before me. I grew up in this restaurant and it is near and dear to my heart. Although I love owning my own restaurant and I love Cheech's, working as both the owner and the employee every day for six years has become incredibly taxing especially after the pandemic. With your help I can take my restaurant to the next level and create the infrastructure necessary to manage the restaurant in a more balanced and mindful way. I am seeking funds to help make a few necessary impovements to my restaurant such as new signs, supplies, and a license for beer and wine.
