Chedington Telephone Box Renovation
Do you want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money in aid of the CHEDINGTON TELEPHONE BOX and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause.
Our wonderful Telephone Box is in need of renovation and whilst we have a great team of volunteers standing by to start sanding, repairing and painting we need funds to cover the costs of the work.
This includes a new back panel, replacing broken and discoloured glass, new signage and a complete strip back and repaint. The money raised will go towards the costs of the materials and paint only, all the labour is being given voluntarily.
Once completed we hope to create a mini Village Shop within the box where second hand books, jams, honey and other produce can be sold to raise funds for the Village Hall.
Our target is set at the minimum cost for the project but exceeding the £500 will enable us to replace more windows and glazing frames.
