Joe exits an elevator into a deserted lobby disoriented and confused. Morty, the receptionist for Life - and the only person in sight - makes the assumption Joe is checking out. As Joe grapples with this idea, Morty helps take him on an emotional journey of reflection through his life in an attempt to earn his way into extending his stay.
