We are writing this with the heaviest heart to let all friends and family know of the passing of Chazz Peralta. Today heaven gained a beautiful soul. Somebody we thought we needed here on earth but god knows his brother Nicky and dad Jimmy needed him even more. Chazz was the life of the party, putting a smile on everybody’s face at all times. He was somebody you can always count on to be there no matter what. His family was his everything, his twin brother Nicky and older brother levi were his best friends. He adored his mom Denise, admired his step dad Phil and always counted on his crazy happy memories with his dad Jimmy to brighten his day. Chazz also loved all of his friends. He was grateful to have each and every one of you for all the good times and for being there for him during the hard times. He thought of you all as brothers and sister not just friends. We love you Chazz and we will cherish every memory with you. Thank you for all the laughs, now go reunite with Nicky we know how much you missed him. Gone but will never be forgotten
