Chaz's Going Home Memorial Fund

It is with a heavy heart to share that my son has passed away. Chaz was born on October 10, 1988 and has filled our family with 29 years of memories. He was kind, sweet. caring and loved to make everyone laugh. His presence in all of our lives will be missed. Chaz leaves behind his 10 year old son, Chaz Jr. that will miss him immensely. Our family is asking that you please consider donating to help us pay for his memorial and funeral services.
