Hi, my name is Chelsea and I’m raising funds for my sister Chasteen Hazen.

Chas passed away very suddenly and unexpected on Monday January 22nd following a brief illness. She leaves behind four children who meant the world to her ages 14,12,10, and 9. She was the hardest worker you would ever meet and had switched jobs recently, passing before her insurance started. The funds will help pay for her funeral expenses, flowers, small service, cremation, headstone, travel expenses to bring her home, along with bringing her children from Georgia to attend her service.

The outpouring of love and support from friends and the community during this unimaginably difficult time means the world! A financial donation, however big or small, will have a huge impact on helping our family navigate the tough journey ahead. Any extra donations after the service will go to her children. Please join our family as we hold a Celebration of Life Service for her on February 3rd at the Licking United Methodist Church. Family will gather with friends at 10 am with the service beginning at 11. If you can’t be with us in person please remember us in prayer.
