My name is Kamila N. Sánchez Ocasio, I am 14 years old, and I currently live in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From a very young age, I discovered my passion for volleyball, and one of my greatest dreams is to become a professional volleyball player and proudly represent my country in the near future. Thanks to my effort, discipline, and love for this sport, I now have the privilege of playing for the Jersey Juniors Volleyball club (www.jerseyjuniorsvolleyball.com) in New Jersey.

This year, my team and I will be participating in six very important tournaments in the United States: GEVA (New Jersey), MLK (Richmond, VA), Capitol Classic (Washington, DC), Sunshine Qualifier (Orlando, FL), NEQ (Philadelphia, PA), and USAV Nationals (Minneapolis, MN). Each tournament represents an invaluable opportunity to continue growing as an athlete and getting closer to my goals. However, these events also involve a significant cost—approximately $4,500, not including additional expenses for travel, meals, and lodging. My parents are doing everything possible to support me, but we need an extra boost to keep this dream moving forward.
